Step 1: Find a topic that interests you in one of the Conference themes.
Step 2: Decide what type of proposal you want to submit.
- Paper Proposal- a paper written by you (and possibly a co-author) that you will present in response to the 4 themes of the Conference
- Roundtable Session Proposal- a discussion among 2-4 discussants on a theme of the Conference. Each panelist will speak for c. 10 minutes and there may be a respondent.
Step 3: Write your proposal of not more than 500 words and include a 150 word short bio that will be listed in the Program booklet.
Step 4: Submit your proposal online to Mustafa Sahin, firstname.lastname@example.org and to Richard Penaskovic, email@example.com no later than December 15, 2014. Note any A.V. equipment you may need for your presentation.
Step 5: Notification of your proposal’s acceptance will be sent by Dec. 15, 2014.
